Really do not know where to start, Bio Habitat is an experience!!!! It is not only about the hotel itself which by the way is gorgeous, but the amenities it is offering besides the rooms (pool, massage, yoga classes, tennis court and much more). We booked in the beginning a double suite which was great it had an excellent view but we saw as well the rooms in the middle of the jungle and fell in love with them. The stuff was so nice and changed the room to this one which made our experience even greater than we have expected. The food at the restaurant was delicious, drinks as well, and the entire staff customer oriented. I did not remember the names of everyone from the staff, but Daniel es un amor. He took care of us and of everything we might have wanted. In case you are in the coffee region, I would definitely recommend staying at Bio Habitat Hotel in whatever room you like as all of them are extraordinary!!!

We were very comfortable here! Perfect location on the quiet side of the main square. Everything you could need in a really cute old building; the rooms even smell nice. Mauricio was fun, friendly and helpful with great recommendations.

From Salento we went to the thermal bath and waterfall at Santa Rosa, we hiked 11 km in the Cocora Valley (to the humming birds and climb to the mirador), we went to Parque del Cafe which is really awesome amusement park in a beautiful area. We also went swimming in the river if Quindio.

Armenia and the coffee country can easily be a three day excursion; we stayed only one night in a hotel on our way to Cali from Bogota. In the past, we have stayed in fincas or haciendas for a more relaxing country feel. Cafe Quindio, in town, is highly recommended.

The property has one of the best so far internet connectivity by fiber optics, I enjoyed the breakfast prepared by single order by the friendly kitchen staff , and last but not least the location around the Colombian mountains gives you a stay of connection with nature, birds, horses and such. I will return on the later future to this lovely place to rest , relax, be connected to the world and visit the wonderful town of Salento in Quindio , Colombia.

A beautiful, peaceful hotel where the staff are very friendly and professional. We have stayed in many different hotels around Quindio and this was one of our favourites. No loud music, good food and nice atmosphere. The staff left out marshmallows to roast on a small fire at night time, which I thought was such a nice touch! Lots of birds around the hotel and very close to visit parque del cafe.

We were not sure at first with all the antique collections we would like it, but we gave it a try and have no regrets. Everything was supper clean and it was interesting to investigate every little detail. The pool and all the amenities are great for kids and a very tranquil. Both dinner and breakfast were amazing. The hotel was right next to a 30-minute walk/hike to a breathtaking waterfall. Our tour guide to the waterfall was a dog named Sol who accompanied us the whole way and was mindful of our safety. The staff was very courteous and mindful of our needs and we need to thank Pablo for all the recommendations that he gave us. The facilities are wonderful, it's extremely peaceful, and unlike other glamping places, this is actually a family friendly hotel without parties, late-night drinking, or loud guests as we've seen in other hotels. It's a 10-minute drive to the Valle del Cocora where you can go on horseback riding and other activities. Definitely would recommend, if possible and if we're around again, we'll definitely come back.
