The amazing view of the Matterhorn outside our extra large balcony. Hotel facility was also great! The swimming pool was super clean, gym though small was enough for a day or 2 to catch up on workout. The steam and sauna were also super clean and efficient. The rooms were decent size and beds comfortable. The armoire was helpful to store luggage and get a little organized. Breakfast was also lovely. The staff were amazing! I love this place and highly recommend to anyone coming to Zermatt and wanting a perfect experience!

We loved, that the apartments were serviced and had housekeeping, which we didn't expect based on previous experiences in other apartments. The view was absolutely amazing, and very enjoyable on the balcony. I've been to many apartments in Zermatt, and this one had a completely unobstructed view of the Matterhorn and the surrounding mountains. We didn't go to the Restaurant in the Hotel but it looked super cozy and we have heard great things about it, maybe next time.

The property was very clean and had obviously been renovated recently. We liked that the building was very quiet and the excellent view of the Matterhorn from the living room was unexpected. The table out on the deck was very nice and we were fortunate that it was warm enough that we could sit out there. The older lady who you get your keys from speaks only German, checking in was a little comical and fun. She is very nice. This apartment is a solid 9 out of 10.

Brunnmatt Holiday Apartment in Zermatt is proximate to everything in downtown Zermatt, even to the Matterhorn gandola station. It’s view of the Matterhorn from it window or balcony is outstanding. The place is very spacious, clean and homie for a group of 3-4. It has almost every kitchen equipmentthat you may need for if you want to make your own good meals anytime of the day. The place is very safe and very accessible to from the Zermatterhorn main train station.

this hotel is located in a very unique location, with an amazing matterhorn view... the decoration of the rooms and the restaurants are very nice and mountain style chic. They are mostly concentrated on the 4 restaurants and the bar, with its F&B and the service..., upscale level..., but dont expect the same for the Hotel...., the concierge Mr.Marvin is perfect, he tries his best, even opens the ski room and helps to fix your boots, during 11am and 15 pm

Zermatt Youth Hostel is a well located place to stay at an extremely good value for money in Zermatt. The views of Matterhorn are breathtaking! The staff is helpful and especially Melanie, who was super professional and helped make my stay wonderful. A free breakfast is served every morning and you can also pay for dinner. Overall, I had a great time and highly recommend it for the budget traveler to Zermatt. Thank you Zermatt Youth Hostel!

Room was very nice and convenient. Central Zermatt and only 5min walk to the train station. Staff at front desk and restaurant were both very friendly and helpful! Balcony view was great (not on the Matterhorn side) and the facilities were amazing. Everything very modern and clean and I really like the wood look throughout the hotel. Very good breakfast, our bathroom had a skylight and the bed was very comfortable. All around a great stay.

The hotel has outstanding views of Matterhorn. Also the breakfast was phenomenal. The staff is super helpful and always is willing to share a lot of tips about zermatt. Regarding the location, the hotel is just a 2 minutes walk to the Sunnegga Rothorn lifts which make it really convenient if you plan to enjoy the ski station. Finally the hotel provides a shuttle service from/to zermatt train station. Will definitely come back

No, coz I've loved EVERYTHNIG and ANYTHING, I love Zermatt and Matterhorn Lodge Hotel, its staff and food in a morning and so on and so on, Please consider my rating 100 out of 100 points per item. This hotel deserve the TOP RATING as the staff as well as their support and assistance is just OUT OF THE MOON, totally PRO and superior place like this deserve a AWARD!!!

Heaven on Earth!! Perfect location, in the heart of the town and 5min walk to the ski lift. Friendly staff, smooth check-in, clean rooms and amazing facilities. We especially loved the breakfast buffet where you can make your own waffels and pancakes while enjoying the view of the Matterhorn. Will definitely be back. Higly recommend Hotel Bristol!!

The flat is very nice with balcony that has a view of Matterhorn. The decor is tasteful and nostalgic with a full cassette collection. Very professional, clear, and prompt communication from the management company - no issues at check-in and check-out. Some of our friends based in Switzerland were able to pre-store our skis, which is helpful.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Hotel Excelsior in December 2023. The location is convenient, 10 minutes walk from the train station. Comfortable spacious room with all the amenities needed, helpful staff and great breakfast made our stay memorable. Not to mention the fascinating view of Matterhorn from the balcony.

Hotel with several buildings and spa within walking distance from train station (5 mins, both SBB and Gornergrat). We received free upgrade of the room with balcony and Matterhorn view. Very nice spa with approx. 15m pool, whirlpool, saunas..., we were almost alone there (20:00-21:30). Good breakfast and helpful staff.

Everything about Hotel Capricorn was amazing - the family owned feel, the staff (especially Valerie and Barbara) who made sure we had nothing but the best during our stay. The hot tub and views of the Matterhorn are remarkable, the wellness center was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious.

We absolutely loved this place. Right next to the ski slope and lift, spacious clean and well equipped apartment, view of The Matterhorn. We could get the last gondola into town and a taxi back for shopping, so even being out of town worked for us. Thank you Darian for your hospitality.

The apartment was very nice, clean, comfortable with good size bedrooms. Very nice up to date kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the kitchen and living room windows. Was very quiet, no disturbances. Great storage for our skis. Close to a ski bus stop

Hotel breakfast was very good. Room had direct view of Matterhorn and a small private patio area. Room was comfortable for three of us. Staff was amazing, small bar on property which was great to sit and talk with other travelers and locals coming for Apres Ski.

The apartment was spacious, clean, stylish and well-equipped. It was finished to a high standard with lovely large balconies looking over to the Matterhorn. The communication with the hosts was excellent - they were very responsive. We loved our stay here.

The apartment has everything you need and the perfect view of the Matterhorn from the cozy balcony is incredible. The owner is friendly and communicative. BeIt is also walking distance to the town center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel Bahnhof near the main station in Zermatt, easy to walk for 100m from Zermatt station. My room was perfect view point to see Matterhorn, clean and comfortable. Finally, service was good. recommend to stay with there.
