I got upgraded room to the beautiful one facing the Matterhorn view! What a generous! Perfect location, not to close to centre of shops or cafes. Very tranquil!

Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. The way from the train station to the hotel, may include steep passages, with heavy suitcases we suggest you to take a taxi (we do not offer pickup service). On foot, please ask the hotel for the easiest directions.
If you are traveling with children, please inform the hotel in advance about their number and age.
The spa area, including the whirlpool is only for adults (older than 14 years).
