All the staff was extremely nice and helpfull all the time. The rooms are very nicely organized and furnished (we loved the 2 large closets for clothes in which we could also fit all our lugagge, thus keeping the room tidy as we like it). Panagiota (if i remember corectly) from the spa has magic hands :D. We also loved that there was a small gym with just enough equipment for us. The entire complex is very nice, with small buildings that sit on a steep hill (they helped with luggage and a golf car is always available for anyone who might need it). It is very well maintained and constantly cleaned. There is a tunnel under the road that connects the hotel to the beach, which is great. You might say that the beach is not great (rocky, with small black pebbles and some sand), but after you visit 8 other beaches in the south-east part, you realize the beach is actually very good.

Centrally located in Chania, just 1 km from the centre, Trianon Luxury Apartments & Suites boasts elegantly designed rooms and suites with modern amenities and free WiFi. Paid private parking 10 euros per day is possible on site. We booked the superior apartment and it was absolutely amazing. We had a lovely and very big terrace, with everything you need for drying the clothes. The apartment was big, with many storage spaces, a comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The location is great, having multiple cafes, bakeries and many shops nearby. The walk to the port/ Chania center is 15 min. The private parking was also a plus, as we didn't have to worry for not having a place to leave the car.

Free WiFi is available throughout. we loved everything about this lovely hotel, from the moment we arrived, and greeted by and given a tour by the even lovelier Sofia, to when sadly had to say our goodbyes to all the wonderful staff. such an elegantly designed hotel, attentive and big hearted helpful employees on a beautiful spot on one of the best islands on the planet! love Crete and now have a favourite hotel that I will certainly be visiting again!

Boasting magnificent sea or city views from their balcony or window, all rooms at Ibis Styles Heraklion Central are spacious, distinctly designed and equipped with a 43" flat-screen TV, electronic safe and mini bar. Free pillow menu and tea/coffee making facilities are provided. The modern bathroom in each room is stocked with a rain shower cabin and hairdryer. Air conditioning comes standard. I like Ibis hotels, and this one met my expectations too. It is located in a central area, with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was huge, and I liked that there was a high double bed for us, and a low single bed for our 3 y.o. daughter (she really liked it and finally slept in a separate bed and not with one of us lol). The breakfast was fresh and had a wide assortment of food.
