The place to stay in Sitia! Everything was exceptional! The suite was spacious,clean and designed with a great taste. Beds very comfortable. Amazing bathroom ,5 stars amenities and the breakfast was delicious. Excellent location with a great sea view. I travel a lot because of work and I can say that Palazo di Sitia is tremendous value for money. We will definitely come back!!!

We had an amazing experience with this booking! Perfect location, right on the boardwalk and easy walk to the beach. Everything was newly renovated and very clean. The host is awesome and thank you for everything!! We travel around the country a lot and this has been one of our favorite stays and we would look forward to coming back. The house is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and has everything you could need for self catering, although there are plenty of restaurants in town and a couple in the village up the road. Our host Manos was the best, so helpful and friendly. We are already planning our next visit!

That was an amazing surprise for us. Comfort, cleanliness, location - 10/10 and even more. Our stay was luxurious in Blue Horizon Villa with such attentive owners, what else can you ask for? Highly recommended. We would like to come back.

After a mistake which was made by booking.com, we waited outside for 2 hours, but I must say it was worth the wait. Alexis has a beautiful home freshly renovated with a modern touch. Exceptional bathroom with top quality fixtures and appliances to match. Very comfortable and quite spacious in a central location to everything. We loved our time in Sitia & thank Alexis for his wonderful efforts.

The kitchen is fully equipped with espresso machine and everything you can imagine. It’s better than photos. Palekastro is nice village with plenty of good restaurants. The beaches near by are beautiful and you are lonely because there are a lot. This village is the best place to explore the region and this apartment is more than 5 stars hotel. The hotel itself is like finding a diamond in the rough as it is one of a kind for Sitia. It has all the luxury accommodations you would find in large hotel chains, and even exceeds them. The room was spacious, very modern and was equipped with both a full spa/Jacuzzi and a steam room. I enjoyed the stay and highly recommend anyone that enjoys a this part of the island to stay in this lovely hotel with eyes closed.DimtiriGreece
