This is a lovely accommodation in a beautiful cretan little town. Since my stay was quite long (10 nights) I was really looking for a "home away from home" and this is EXACTLY what I got :) A new and modern studio/flat with absolutely all the comfort I could expect: super comfy bed, powerful shower, space to move around and a fully appointed kitchen (although cooking is not required while on vacation in Paleochora ;-) ) Bonus was a fast and reliable wifi/smart tv. Paleochora is a wonderful destination for a relaxing beach holiday and Crete has of course a lot more to offer. Wonderful accommodation, perfectly equipped, in the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. Great host! Amazing seating on the balcony. During the day cars drive, but at night the traffic calms down and there is a good night's sleep. Parking in front of the house, several beaches a few minutes by car. To the town of Palaiochóra 5 minutes by car or an hour's quiet walk along the sea. Safe, quiet place for a comfortable holiday. I definitely recommend!

Extremely well appointed. Quality beds, furnishings, and kitchen. New construction. Huge new TV for evening wind-down. Kind and welcoming hosts - from the booking process all the way out to check out. Mr Bitsakis & his son (who was back in town for a few weeks of rest after being at sea as a merchant marine for the past several months) were instantly available, kind, and helpful. Mr Bitsakis carried our bags (!) out to the car, and his family left a well-stocked kitchen of snacks and drinks for our arrival. A very nice touch. Had Paleochora been a bit warmer to permit beach time it would have been a perfect stay! Will surely stay here again if we are back in this town.
