A hotel with a unforgettable view. Making the trip to the hotel is very fun and our kids loved it. Once the day tourists leave we felt like we had the whole mountain top to ourselves. Definitely happy we woke up early to watch the sunrise.

One of the best in terms of hospitality outside of the chain hotels I stayed in, was greet by name wherever you go. Facilities i.e Alpine pool, spa, gym, restaurant all was top notch. Only lacking is time, the resort is huge and do no justice if staying for the weekend.

The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the delectable freshness of each meal & the delightful presentation. My room was spacious, clean & quite modern with an amazing alpine view. The fresh orchids in the room added a very nice welcome touch to the ambience which is set for guests relaxation & rejuvenation.

Our room was spacious, clean and smart and importantly, quiet. The view immediately over the lake towards the historic old town and several bridges extended to views of snow capped alpine mountains.

The hotel staff are super-friendly. This is a fine example of a 3-star hotel giving guests a 5-star treatment. Checking in was easy and was given a city map with explanations on how to move around. The family room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is provided although it had limited variety but we still enjoyed it.

There is a restaurant next door where breakfast is also served. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delish . . . everybody enjoyed their food and the service was very good, 4 - 5 stars!
