Courtesy shuttle was way over taxed running a small van between two hotels. Not reliable timing for pickup/drop-off. Need another van of larger capacity. Flooring in entry area was dirty, as were garbage cans. Overall, my opinion of Hampton Inn has come way down.

We arrived in bufallo at the beginning of a snow emergency warning so the bar etc was closed and as a result there was no real atmosphere , we thought we might be snowed in and had we been we would have struggled with the lack of atmosphere. However the hotel had an on site gym and a decent enough breakfast that one would not starve but lacked healthy options
