Place was great, but bathroom was a little outdated and towels didn’t look too clean.

The location is between the stadium and Niagra Falls. Breakfast was good. The lady working in the room was so lovely. The hot tub was nice, but too much chlorine. Check-in was easy.

The staff was fantastic! So friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the breakfast crew to maintenance & housekeeping. This was the definite highlight of my stay. They all deserve raises!
It was great to have breakfast included, because the location isn’t in a walkable neighbourhood, and the nearby restaurants are dinner-oriented. Loved the availability of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and infused water at all times. The evening cookie was also a favourite! And I was visiting just before the April 2024 eclipse and thought it was so lovely the lobby was decorated and there were activities and treats supplied for kids. That was a wonderful, warm touch.
The neighbourhood is pretty suburban, across from the mall and big-box stores, but is great if the mall is your destination, or you need to be near the airport. The airport shuttle service is a definite plus, too!
I didn’t use the pool or gym or laundry, but they looked well-maintained and are nice features to have available. As well, having a decent fridge, microwave and dishwasher, plus dishes and a toaster in the room are excellent features for longer family stays.
Generally appreciated the many little extra touches and friendly faces that helped one feel at home.

I grew up in Cheektowaga but moved out of state in 1984.
I grew up in Cheektowaga but moved out of state in 1984. I return every July to visit friends and family. The road system is good; the town is clean. I liked Galleria Mall and attending the Polish Festival. I also enjoyed meals at Denny's and the Olympic Restaurant.

When I arrived at check-in, the clerk told me the room was on the second floor. I told him that I requested first floor as my daughter and I are handicapped and she is frightened of elevators. The man told me that they never received anything from Booking.com. I purposely made the reservation early so they would have time to accommodate me. This made our stay very uncomfortable. Next time I will use another company. No excuse for this.

The food was unremarkable midwestern food.
The food was unremarkable midwestern food. I’ve traveled all over the world and like to try new things, but the food here was unhealthy, heavy, greasy, salty, and too sweet. It was generally loaded with carbs and covered with cheese and sauce. I don’t recommend Chef’s, The Original Pancake House, or Tim Horton’s. We had the wedding reception dinner catered at Knox Farm State Park Mansion, and that food was similar too. It was already cold in October, and it took forever to get anywhere because of all the traffic lights and construction. There was a lot of traffic on the way to the rehearsal dinner due to a hockey game, and 2 drivers honked at me and gestured wildly. If you like the Buffalo Bills, you will see advertising for them EVERYWHERE. If you don’t like the Bills (like me), it’s just annoying. The best thing about Buffalo was Niagara Falls, which was 30 minutes away. Next time I’ll just go to the falls and skip Buffalo altogether.

It’s a quiet and beautiful city, however, it’s like abandoned place. After having lunch at Dino BBQ, we walked around downtown on Sunday afternoon. Everything is close out which made me feel the city is empty & abandoned.

Maintenence was not good.
Maintenence was not good. They were supposed to fix the kitchen light that wasn't working and replace a burnt out one for the table. They said they would be there at 8 the next day. Never got fixed the whole time I was there.
The room was pleasant and warm. We arrived in bufallo at the beginning of a snow emergency warning so the bar etc was closed and as a result there was no real atmosphere , we thought we might be snowed in and had we been we would have struggled with the lack of atmosphere. However the hotel had an on site gym and a decent enough breakfast that one would not starve but lacked healthy options
The hotel was very clean and all the precautions were taken against Covid for example, the room cleaning service was on request otherwise they would clean it after checkout. The location was nice. Very close to the Buffalo international Airport and Galleria mall. The breakfast was okay. The options were limited with only pre- packaged food. Overall the stay was nice and comfortable.
Location was very convenient, walkable to Buffalo Airport for our early morning flight.
There was a direct bus just 10 minutes walk outside to Buffalo City where we walked the morning.
Amenities around were sparse, but there was sufficient fast food and beverage for a short stay.
It was great for its intended purpose and worked well as designed.
Room Phone does not work
Safe is in locked condition
wi fi does not work
No Elevator, we had to carry up our luggage physically using steps
informed front desk, they could not fix these issues. Worst hotel, i will never recommend. Please do not book this property, there are many others available around. One can try these
The rooms were comfortable and the lobby area had a nice selection of games, food, area to relax, and a bar/restaurant. The hotel was conveniently located very close to the airport which was nice for business travel. Price was fine
It was a great stay here .What made our stay exceptional at the Buffalo Airport Hotel was the staff. They went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much to all the staff for making it such an amazing stay for us. God bless you all.
The hotel is close to the airport and next to Pizza Hut, McDonald's and Starbucks. Breakfast was also good with a waffle maker. The room was clean and cozy. The front desk printed my documents for me at my request, thank you.
My exprience with this hotel was really bad, staff were rude, room were not clean, full of dust! there were no greetings in reception, nothing! it was awful! I would never ever go there.
