Its entire 2nd floor 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom , Huge apacious live wide living room , kitchen and dining room this is around 800 sq ft each room has 1 queen size bed , chest with side table and lamp and master bedroom has attached bathroom , all bedroom floor are carpeted with huge walking mirror closet , and rest of the area maple wood polished floor with huge window each area with lots of ventilation with darkening curtain , walk up 2nd floor and no elevator available , and you will stay between JFK and LGA airport , 4 blk from Parson blvd subway For F train and Jamaica center subway for E train which connect Manhattan 40 min by F and E train , both train connect Sutphin Blvd station which connect air train to JFK and (Long island Rail Road) LIRR ,Jamaica bus terminal 4 blk away , and most important we are right next to captain park for socialize and relax , If you have car street parking easily available around the property. House of worship mosque , church and temple are few blocks away,Near by plenty of laundry places ... Spectacular very convenient safe Location.
Safe and well secure location 20 min JKF & LGA airport and 4 blocks to F ,E train. Very quite & convenient neighborhood, Rockaway Beach 30 mins. 3 blocks Queens library, Jamaica bus terminal & with in blocks is Captain park. Houses of worship mosque, church and temple are walking distance , also all types of restaurants. Planet fitness 10 mins walk, also near by is St.John’s University and Queens Center mall 10 min by F, E train. Great for solo, couple or family. Relax peaceful place to stay.
