Breakfasts & dinners at the hosts B&B in the village were excellent with top quality local ingredients. Best home cooked food I have eaten for a long time. Location views were amazing .

Vistalago Bungalow Garden is a magnificent large independent terraced garden equipped with a small internal accommodation and a breathtaking view of Lake Temo di Monteleone Rocca Doria, which configures it as a small island nestled in the large Sardinian island. The garden is structured in ascending terraces with dry stone walls: on each of the terraces you can enjoy a different relaxation area and related services. Equipped with a bungalow with bunk beds for 2 people, kitchenette and bathroom, barbecue, all with an incomparable view. A Canadian canoe up to 3 seats parked in the garden, is available for trips on the lake on request. Other outdoor areas allow the use of shaded areas for dining, barbecue, solarium, hammock and relaxation. The upper part of the garden also allows easy access to the climbing area on the dominant rock known as the Regina Ferrata Road. Non-drinking water and solar energy for services. The accommodation in the private garden provides a single core of guests for each booking with the possibility of installing an additional tent in one of the pitches to the existing bungalow for any additional guests. I am a sound engineer, a musician and a filmmaker. In the structure I also have my studio where I do research and work in some periods of the year. Music, sound and cinema are my great passions. In Sardinia I am a big fan of the archeology of this island, a relevant and constantly evolving aspect. Travel mainly by motorbike. __________________________________________________________________________________________ In the highest part of the village there is also a small municipal swimming pool in a large panoramic area, with a tennis court, open in the summer months according to methods managed by the municipality.
Monteleone Rocca Doria is located on a small hill surrounded by Lake Temo, it is like a small island. The landscape around is rich in prehistoric archaeological sites, lends itself to hiking, horseback riding, canoeing. The sea of Alghero, Bosa, the most beautiful beaches can be reached with half-hour routes crossing unspoilt landscapes on comfortable roads without traffic. We offer in-depth advice on all the excursions and activities in the area, catering and leisure opportunities. Unique landscape also recommended for motorcyclists and passing cyclists.
