The staff at breakfast was superfriendly and helpful. The place is ok, the rooms and facilities are a bit dates and the location is quite a bit outside. It's a good choice for a quick sleep over on a trip, which is what we did.

During our stay my partner and I didn’t take the time to explore the city of Sassari. But during the evenings we did enjoy going to a couple nice restraunts. We did enjoy using the public transportation to visit other cities but overall sassari is a very calm place to stay and very close to the north western part of the island.

Not a real tourist town but with a nice old centre (small streets, high houses, colorful facades). When we visited it (late afternoon + early evening first week of May), it was extremely quiet - some squares seemed totally deserted - which created a weird atmosphere. Scene and streets got more livelier around Piazza d'Italia and University but not what you might expect from a city with >100.000 inhabitants.
Conclusion: nice but not unmissable.

Sassari is a very nice town with historical city center, old walls and friendly people. Sadly the tram line is not working, although it would be useful. You can stay here for many days like at home. The town is near Alghero and Porto Torres, so many programs are there at the sea also. Recommended for everyone.

Sassari itself was disappointing.
Sassari itself was disappointing. We walked around it in an afternoon! However it was a great base for exploring the local area with great transport links! We visited Alghero, Porto Torres, Castelsardo and Stintino

The city is nice but i belive that is not the best place for accommodation in Sardignia! No beach and you need a car for traveling and stay in around 4 hours/day.
Nice restaurants in the city :) with nice athmosfere!
This is a great place to stay in Sassari. We enjoyed everything: the cosy atmosphere in the rooms, the furnitures and works are of good quality, the place on the terrasse for breakfast is nice, the breakfast as well (our host made savory breakfast because we did not want sweet ones).
It was easy to communicate with Massimo.
The place was spotless: respect for maintaining such cleanliness in all the building!
The apartment is very well equiped,so it was very comfortable our stay. We enjoied to have our room, little kitchen, bathroom, and also balcony, and everything was clean. The owner gave us all the necessary instructions, he was very precise, and clear, he was also reachable anytime. The breakfast was also great. From the apartment we cald see all the monumnets of Sassari by foot. Thank you! :)
Super clean. Probably cleaner than most of the 5 star hotel. Above and beyond services. Daily housekeeping, not like other BnB. This is more like a 4-5 start hotel housekeeping services. Locating walking distance to the university hospital. Secure gated garage. Modern clean cut design. Rare find bnb especially at Sassari.
Central position in Sassari, it was easy to reach the places where I had my conference by foot
Comfy bed
Tv+netflix
Equipped kitchen
The size of the apartment
Hairdryer
Aircondition in two rooms, works well
Nice bar under the apartment, that has food also
Street with a lot of little stores like libreria, pharmacy, clothes etc.
This is a gorgeous hotel. The rooms are spotless and very comfy beds, Great location, very easy to walk in Sassari which is a very interesting place, The staff and owner are very helpful with lots of useful advise about places to visit and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious. I would love to stay here again.
Within reasonable distance of the railway station.
More breakfast choices (even extending to hot bacon and scrambled egg) than other hotels stayed at this week, and even the fruit juice was more palatable than others.
The faulty battery in the room safe deposit box was swiftly dealt with.
Great place to stay in Sassari. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast availible throughout the morning, coffee and tea availible all the time. Great localisation close to the beautiful center of Sassari in quiet district. Free parking on the street. Highly recommended.
It was a very good stay! The room was nice and confortable, with a big bathroom and a little kitchen outside if needed. 5 min away from the center of the town. We’ve got all the informations easily - good communication. Perfect place to visit SASSARI!
Nicely renovated place in the heart of Sassari. It consists of 7 rooms mini hotel situated on two floors. Nice staff.
The paid parking space in Piazza Mazzotti is very crowded. Lucky to find a spot in the evening. But is the closest you can find.
I liked the communication with the contact person, the location is excellent, the studio has everything for a comfy and smooth stay in Sassari. It is a quiet area but 5 minutes walking distance from everything.
The staff at Hotel Carlos Felice were excellent. Clean and equipped room, excellent room service. Amazing breakfast. The hotel is in a beautiful location, with private parking.
Great location. Evelyn was very helpful and pleasant. Hotel recently renovated and the decor is very tasteful. Very generous breakfast - far too much for our taste!
Cute little house situated in the Sassari’s historical center, quite area with soft lights and typical activities around it. Attention to detail inside
