Spend an unforgettable holiday in the enchanting surroundings of Capodimonte (Viterbo). Beautifully located (about 200 m walk from the beach) directly on the Lake Bolsena (volcanic lake) and with crystal clear water Capodimonte is an ideal starting point for a variety of sporting and cultural activities. Etruria, the land of the Etruscans, offers many great excursions and nature. It is a nice apartment with a nice little garden and two balconies, 800 m from the old village center. The apartment is extremely quiet. The apartment is completely new and modern furnished; including washing machine and dishwasher 50 m² 1st floor (staircase - outside) 1 living room 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with shower 1 kitchen with a small dining table 2 balconies (east / west) Garden (south) Rome (capital) only 100 km south Orivieto only 45 km away Just 110 km away Tuscany just 10 km away Umbria only 40 km away Tyrrhenian Sea about 40 km away Etruscan tombs Access to the entire apartment. On individual request information about many destinations and possible sports activities. Visit us in northern Latium on the border with Tuscany and Umbria. Enjoy your stay with us! :-)
