Fully air conditioned two-rooms apartment with radiator heating composed of a living area with small terrace, bathroom and double bedroom. The structure is located in the town central area and is perfect for those who want to walk around the city and have everything close by. Ideal for a couple who use the double room while keeping the living area free, or for two friends who prefer to sleep in separate rooms, as the living area has a single sofa bed. The apartment is completely renovated; in detail is composed of: - Air-conditioned living area with sofa, kitchen cabinet complete with hob, sink, fridge and microwave; Smart TV with Tim Vision and Netflix; Small terrace equipped with solar curtains, washing machine and clothesline cables; - Air-conditioned double room with wardrobe - Bathroom with large shower cabin (120x80 cm) Comfortable in the summer as it is equipped with air conditioners and even in winter as all the rooms, including the bathroom, are equipped with radiators. Towels, sheets and free Wi-Fi are also provided. IMPORTANT: near the apartment there is a medical analysis laboratory that carries out medial tests and releases the result within the same day
The apartment is located in the Sant 'Agostino district, which is just a few minutes walk from the ancient historic center full of churches, historic buildings and shops and the Lungomare promenade, with its cocktail bars, pizzerias, restaurants and the summer market.
