Having 3 bathrooms was wonderful. Very effective aircon in each bedroom. Spacious living area. Carlo was an exceptional host - he came to pick us up from the station when we couldnt find a taxi! Balcony with seating and a clothes line for drying.

Carlo responded immediately to any questions and issues and gave lots of advice on the area. He also allowed us to check in early. The appartment is spacious well equiped and an easy walk to the old town,perfect for our group of 6 people.

This property is spacious, clean, in a great location and very safe. It is in more of a residential area rather than a tourist trap yet you are a 5 minute walk from some beautiful bars and restaurants, also close to a rocky beach for a quick sip. The sandy beaches and main strip are approx 30mins walk from this property and the old town approx 15-20mins. Carlo and his parents are fantastic hosts! He kept jn touch with us throughout our stay and nothing we asked was a problem.

The appartment is located in a quiet street, 10 min walk from old town. It is very nice, spacious, comfortable. Carlo is a great host, very friendly, responding to questions in the short term. There is no noise at night, the beds are very comfortable, nice for sleeping and resting.

Everything was perfect and clean, I recommend Carlo’s apartement for everybody! It’s nice because of the 3 bedroom’s and the really big table at the middle of the dining room. Location was also great, next to oldtown.

The apartment was spotless and nicely decorated. With all the useful equipment and a balcony. We are a family of four and enjoyed the full apartment with 3 rooms and 3 private bathrooms. The air conditioning in each room was perfect. There was 5G internet which was a blast for the kids. The location was also very good, near Las Tronas beach, 5-star hotels and nice cafes, including the lounge bar Ritrovato Beach, ideal for a sunset aperitivo. In 10-15 minutes you can reach the historical centre, via the very nice boulevard Valencia, from which you can enjoy the spectacular view of Capo Caccia. Ideal for cycling or jogging if you are the sporty type. Alghero is a very vibrant city, with a lot of possibilities for wonderful nearby beaches (you can never get tired) and other city trips. Also good for a trip to Asinara, which I highly recommend. The host Carlo was very quick and friendly with the communication and really helpful. The apartment was perfect and I would highly recommend it.
