Welcome! This is the house where I grew up with my grandmother Maria Grazia, a place I have wonderful memories of. I hope you can make your own memories here! It is located in the historic district of “Sas Conzas” a stone's throw from the banks of the Temo river, which crosses the town. Here, you will find many restaurants where you can eat by the river while enjoying a stunning view of the Roman bridge, the colourful "Sa Costa", and the "Castello di Serravalle" which dominates the scene.
You will be welcomed by my lovely mother-in-law Maria, but I will be available at any time via phone and/or email.
THE HOUSE: Spacious and bright holiday home by the river, with a large courtyard where you can eat and relax outdoors. The house consists of a tastefully furnished double bedroom with a window overlooking the garden; a large and bright living room with TV, dining table, and air conditioner; one bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, and sink; a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and access to the courtyard; one utility room with a washing machine. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. You can choose to book the house with one or two double bedrooms. You can also take advantage of a private parking space. Please note that, out of necessity, in a fenced portion of the courtyard at a distance from the patio there are two very quiet and docile small dogs (see photo). Also, the garden needs regular maintenance. For these reasons, a co-host will come daily, for about 20 minutes, to take care of the dogs and the green areas of the garden. The house is located in a very central position, very close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets, and a 20-minute walk from the beach.
