It is one of the best customer services hotel I have ever stayed at. Me and my wife decided to celebrate our 10 year anniversary in Greece with our son. The first stop was at Mykonos. Mei and her team were wonderful. Made all accommodations possible from transportation to laundry service. Most importantly, the hotel was very child friendly. She even checked up on us while we were in Athens to be sure we got everything we needed. Thank you Mei for making an experience we won't forget.

Everything. This hotel is very new and remodeled sitting in a perfect location closed to everything. The pool is perfect, the rooms are perfect and most and above all , it feels like every person that was selected to be in the staff is the best. I really want to mention Mei and the rest of the people there, they couldn't be any better. They will make you feel home, right from the moment you get there and do everything in their power to make you feel the best. I will come back for sure.

The property was exceptional. I planned a Girls' Trip with six ladies where we stayed at the three-bedroom Villa. The place was spacious and clean. We had a private pool which we enjoyed. The staff was attentive and responsive to requests. Mei was amazing and ensured my group was cared for with recommendations for places to go and good restaurants. She was extremely helpful in accommodating transportation for my group. Mei was so resourceful and knew the island very well. Mei’s resources were essential, especially since this was our first time in Mykonos. Both the drinks and breakfast were delicious. Hands down, I would recommend this beautiful place to everyone.

We stayed at Sharm Hotel in September with a group of friends and it was just fantastic. From the moment we arrived until we had to leave, we enjoyed every moment there. Mei and all the staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The team at the bar was also great and the breakfast was just lovely. No request was too much and we were really pampered. Our Villa Sharm was stylishly furnished and offered enough space. The terrace on the upper floor and the view of the sea and the sunset was incredible and also the pool on the lower terrace was lovely. Unfortunately, it was windy for a few days, so we couldn't use the terraces as much as in the first days. Overall it was an amazing stay and I can highly recommend.
