Luxury building in Plaka in a prime location, separated into three luxury apartments including a courtyard with hanging gardens and an exclusive roof deck with an incredible view of the Acropolis. The apartments feature a luxury contemporary design with elements from the host's various homes throughout the world. Maisonette (2 bedroom Apartment): The apartment has two floors (ground floor and 1st floor). On the ground floor there is a living room/dining area with large screen TV, an open-plan kitchen and full bathroom. There is also direct access to the exclusive use courtyard with hanging garden and bar area. The internal staircase of the apartment leads to the 1st floor which features a second living room with large screen TV, two master bedrooms with king size beds, en-suite full bathrooms and private terraces, and a laundry room. The total size of the apartment is 158 square meters (1700 square feet), not including the large exclusive-use courtyard area. Penthouse (1 bedroom): The apartment is located on the top floor of the luxury building and features a living room, open-plan kitchen, bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom and laundry room. It is 76 square meters in size (820 square feet) and offers direct access to the roof deck
