All on one level, this annexe has two bedrooms, a king-size and a single, along with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire and balcony. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine, and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking with lawn and picnic bench. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. The nearest shop is within 1.2 miles and nearest pub within 2.5 miles. Note: Though the property is all on one level, there are external steps. There is no door on the single bedroom, which may be suitable for a child or as a family room.
