It wasn’t a long way from seafront but it was a 12% hill to have to climb on way back. We couldn’t do it as we are in late 70’s so had to keep using car and paying £1.50 per hour parking and clockwatch to make sure we didn’t over run our time.

We always love Saundersfoot and normally stay at Swallow Trees , but with the cost of living rising so drastically we looked for a better deal which we definately found here at Sandy View Cottage The Ridgeway , sadly the price has soared for next year and is now dearer than Swallow Trees. We ate twice at the Royal Oak and once at the Boat House both fantastic places to eat .

Lovely little historic sea-side town.
Lovely little historic sea-side town. We were there in December so not many folk about but many little shops still open and the beach was easily accessible for walking on. Not far from Tenby which provides additional local interest

Saundersfoot is a place for all ages but is particularly well suited for young families. The beach is huge with ample space even in high season. If you like walking then you can explore the coastal path to the east and the west. There are walking opportunities for all levels of fitness. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs and fish and chip shops. Saundersfoot has a slightly quieter feel than Tenby.

really lovely beach, nice choice of restaurants and cafes (but advise you to book in advance if you really want to go to a particular one, and some of them aren't open every day). some nice little shops too. easy to get to other places on the coast. Saundersfoot felt friendly and welcoming, and a lovely spot to stay for a couple of nights.

Lovely place to visit, beach is fabulous and there are plenty of shops if you like browsing.
The restaurants offer variety of food and all to a good standard.
Parking is easy on the harbour car park which offers overnight parking also.
Amazing view!!!! We spent time on the terrace whenever possible. BBQs were lovely at night. A whole different atmosphere again.
5 minutes from the beach.
2 lovely walks. 1 - Wiseman’s Bridge through the tunnels and a pub for a pit stop. 2 - up the hill out of the hotel car park and first left onto The Glen takes you to the coastal path/woods and then onto the beach (if the tide is out).
Great pubs and restaurants in Saundersfoot, all 5 minutes away. Would highly recommend The Royal Oak. Make bookings in advance of your stay.
The bungalow was amazing, it was very clean and spacious, we didn't want to leave, it exceeded our expectations, can't wait to stay here again :) Great location to, close to Saundersfoot and tenby beaches, the clubhouse offered amazing entertainment we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again ;)
we didn’t stay at this address as there was road roads/resurfacing of the car park right outside. we we’re grateful that someone from Oceans called us prior to leaving and offered us a different accommodation and the end of the harbour. We were pleased they did as the roadworks were incredibly noisy. loved the location and loved Saundersfoot.
Amazing hotel, Alex couldn't do enough for us, answered all my questions, rooms newly decorated & clean, excellent choice of teas etc, location fantastic, just a few mins walk to the pubs, cafes, shops, harbour & beach, lovely bar & restaurant, food very nice, staff very friendly, helpful, hardworking & polite, will definitely stay again.
The apartment was clean, a good size for a family of 4, comfortably furnished and the kitchen had plenty of utensils, plates, glasses etc.
The location was not excellent for walking into Saundersfoot harbour, shops and restaurants.
Excellent value for money and owners/staff were excellent at maintaining good communication.
It was a proper home from home. Every little detail thought of and very much appreciated. So, so clean and the linen and everything was spotless. Owners easy to contact and location perfect. Honestly could not recommend enough. As an ex hotel manager I was super impressed. Thank you for a lovely few days.
The bungalow was very clean, modern, spacious and idyllic for those with mobility difficulties. It was also perfectly located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in close proximity of Tenby, Saundersfoot, Folly Farm and many beautiful beaches. It provided a great base for exploring the local area.
The location was lovely, short walk through the Glen onto the beach to walk into Saundersfoot if you didn't want to walk the road. The room was very clean with a beautiful view. The breakfast was fantastic so much choice and the full English is fully recommended if you stay.
Competed at Ironman Wales, so only 2.5 miles away from startline in Tenby, 10min drive. ( Hotel located on the famous bike climb of Saundersfoot ) staff very welcoming. Liked the family home feeling of the hotel, would definitely go back.. Excellent shower!..😁
It was home from home, everything you needed to stay ie, iron ironing board, washing machine hoover ECT. The apartment was central walking distance to beach, shop's restaurants and bars. Everything was dog friendly.
Absolutely fantastic short break, the hotel was so much better than expected, the staff were so friendly every single member of staff always had a smile and were prepared to go the extra mile
The location was as central to Saundersfoot as you can get. The property was clean and the shower was fantastic. This isn’t a hotel, it’s a few rooms within an organisational building.
