With stunning panoramic views of the Saint Andrews skyline and within easy walking distance of the town, our bright spacious well-equipped villa is ideal to enjoy a weekend away with friends, a holiday with family or to visit a son or daughter at the University. Whether you have come to golf, stroll around the medieval streets, have fun on the beaches, explore Fife’s beautiful coastline or venture further afield, our house is a conveniently located base to enjoy your time together.
I enjoy reading, yoga and walking. I also enjoy visiting other countries. My husband and I went to university in St Andrews, as did both our son and daughter. We all love spending time in our lovely St Andrews holiday home when we have the opportunity. We hope you enjoy it as much! We keep in touch with guests before and during their stay and guests are welcome to contact us at any time with any queries they may have about the house or Saint Andrews. Guests are free to check-in at any time after 4pm on the day of their arrival.
Saint Andrews is a vibrant and cosmopolitain university town. This ancient town has something to suit everyone, from amazing restaurants to lively pubs. Visitors can wander around the ancient ruins of the Abbey and Castle, the university and the many boutique shops. From the most iconic golf course in the world, to the stunning beaches and the Botanic Gardens and Butterfly Pavilion, it really does have something to suit everyone. The closest bus stop is a 5 minute walk with a service every 15 minutes. Walking and cycling are great ways to get around Saint Andrews and explore the surrounding countryside. Bicycles are available to rent from local businesses. Parking is metered in the centre and there are several Car Parks around the town. Taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced. From Saint Andrews bus station you can explore further afield. Leuchars train station is 7 miles away with a bus service and taxis from there to St Andrews. There is limited parking.
