We are Camille and William, the happy owners of the Villa Barbieux since 2019, and we will be delighted to give you a warm welcome in this former private mansion. A typical Roubaix building, built in 1904 by an important family of textile manufacturers and entirely renovated by us over the last three years, the house is today a clever combination of modern comfort, charm and history of the past.

Whether it is for a business stay, for a romantic night, or for a tourist and cultural stopover in the heart of the Lille metropolis, you will be charmed by La Villa Barbieux, entirely renovated from 2019 to December 2022, a former private mansion with a history that we can tell you about if you wish! You will be charmed by our 4 guest rooms with their warm atmosphere, each with their own facilities (shower room + toilets), but also by our signature suite with its garden and hot tub for exclusive use to celebrate in privacy each of the events of your life. You have free access to all the common rooms of the house: the living and dining room, the entrance hall and the common sanitary facilities located on the ground floor, the garden with its south-facing terrace, as well as the billiard room located in an adjoining room on the first floor landing. The Villa Barbieux has a private and secure car park for your vehicles, but also the proximity of public transport (tramway, bus, metro...) which will enable you to reach the centre of Lille and its stations in about twenty minutes. The Villa Barbieux is located in the rue de Barbieux, 2 minutes walk from the magnificent Parc Barbieux, classified by the national label "remarkable garden". The Villa Cavrois and the Mallet Stevens gardens are a 5-minute drive away. The Swimming Pool Museum can be reached in 10 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car. The factory can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The McArthurGlen shopping centre is approximately a 7 minute walk away. Many restaurants are located in the vicinity.
