Everything during my stay was good. Good staff, nice room, small but suitable breakfast, nearby train station, nice view from window (room 32) and good level of cleanliness each day.

The breakfast was extra and billed separately, but I would have liked to have seen a refill of the croissants and the pain-au-chocolate in the breakfast as they were exceptional ! ( they ran out during our stay ).

The town had many interesting and historic buildings.
The town had many interesting and historic buildings. We spent time at the St Roche cemetery. The headstones are respectfully cared for with special garden beds adjacent to the plots. The view of the Basilique St-Cordon from our window was stunning with its lights lit up at night. The restaurant Chez Mon Vieux had delicious food.

Suited our purpose (we spent a day in Le Quesnoy).
Suited our purpose (we spent a day in Le Quesnoy). In hindsight we could have done it as a day trip from Paris. Little or no English spoken (or the locals just wouldn’t speak English with us?), we had a translation app that got the job done. Food was good and people friendly / tried to be helpful.
As I’m an architect I work in the residential and commercial sectors. I like to travel and stay in new hotels around the world. My partner and I like spa’s and I found this on Booking.com. I liked the size of the hotel and the space. Some hotels are great but there too small and don’t give you any personal space for yourself or your family, and that’s important with a Spa Hotel. We picked our times correctly and most days we had the spa area to ourselves. I’ll defiantly return in the future.
A big, but no longer grand, hotel opposite the very decorative train station. Reception is big and the welcome good. I had to change my first room as it stank of cigarettes. Raphael on reception dealt with it quickly and efficiently. Room was good and quiet and comfortable. Can’t remember the shower room, but, it must have been OK. No complaints. Free bon bon’s! Friendly staff. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Sausages and bacon! Seating area downstairs.
The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to the centre of the village, next to the train station. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the hotel was quite diverse: hot - scrambled eggs, sausages, also cold meat, cheese, jams, yoghurt, pancakes, cereals, bread, crosant, coffee, hernata, juices, chocolate. There was something for everyone. I strongly recommend.
The apartment is very modern and cosy. It was clean and equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. The area is not the nicest but within 15-20 minutes walking, the center of Valenciennes with some good restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets can be reached, so it is well located.
This hotel belong to the type of prefabricated hotel quite common in France but unlike most of them, it was reformed and become very pleasant.
The hotel was staffed at night by a pleasant receptionist.
Over average breakfast for this kind of hotel.
Enough free parking places.
Great location with really friendly and helpful staff (let us leave the kids bikes in a conference room so that we could park in the underground secure parking around the corner). Perfect for a stopover back up to Calais and to explore Valenciennes!
Great location with services close to the hotel.
5min by walk from old city (nice enough after a good meal to relax before going back to the hotel)
Great staff, really helpful and kind
The room was comfy with a great view on Valenciennes
very cool lobby area with kids place area and a welcome amenity
check if staff went beyond expectations explaining some details of my booking and how needs to be done next time but totally helped this time to keep things smooth
Very friendly reception. Very nice design hotel. Beautiful room. It doesn’t get more central right next to the main square and the mall (Valenciennes is not a huge city after all) …. 5 points (google) which I give never easily

many possibilities to be active with kids, eg badminton, boules, table tennis, football and swimming pool. Good restaurant. perfect location for a overnight stay when traveling south or west in France.
Environment, and the restaurant was fantastic, both for dinner, and a fantastic breakfast.
Run into by coincident, but sometimes blind birds find seeds!
A fantastic pearl among hotels in Europe!
The location was right in the center. Even though it was right in the middle of a shopping area, the mornings and evenings were quiet. I loved the skylight above the bed.
