The owner was very friendly and had great suggestions for things to do and places to eat in Apollo Bay. He even joined us for a beer in the common area one night. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfy. The washrooms are very clean and modern. The kitchen facilities are maintained and well-stocked, and I like that there is a BBQ on site as well.
