The whole time weather was sunny during day time. They have a small but wonderful garden. You can treat yourself with great garden view first thing in the morning. Another neat little detail that I have to add is that you can get a clear view of the Kanchenjunga from the garden if the weather is clear.

He helped us arrange local transportation and suggested hidden gems for us to explore, away from the usual tourist spots. His knowledge of the area was invaluable, and we were able to discover some truly breathtaking places. The homestay itself was a haven of peace and tranquility. The views of the mountains and tea gardens from the balcony and terrace were simply stunning. On clear days, we could even see the majestic Kanchenjunga, adding to the magic of our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities provided. The proximity to the market area was convenient, and we could easily avail of local shared taxis to explore the town. Overall, our stay at Family Homestay was nothing short of fantastic. Bidur and Sandhya's hospitality, coupled with the beautiful surroundings and delicious food, made it a truly unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return on our next visit to Darjeeling. I first check their profile pictures properly and see what benefits I can get. Their villa attracts me and I book. The best thing for me was that the brother himself came to pick us up at the railway station. This has never happened anywhere in my life. Then go to their house for hospitality. The way we got to mingle with the whole family was a big find for me and will be a memory in our lives. His two sons and daughter are very well. Their children were completely mixed with my child. It felt like my own home. Always made breakfast and dinner for us. We have not received this kind of hospitality in any homestay or hotel. In one word I can say that my stay at this homestay is a wonderful experience.
