This is an old house, recently imaginatively renovated by the proprietor, who is an architect and lives close by. It is situated within the old, walled town, and is only a few blocks from the central square. Two blocks away is a street full of al fresco cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well appointed, including drinking water on tap. The pool in the central courtyard was perfect for refreshing in the afternoon. Highly recommended.

We were a group of three retired women traveling together. We had a room with two bunk beds and a private bathroom. The house has 5 or 6 rooms, with various bed arrangements, including a couple with the bathroom nearby. It has a roof deck, plunge pool, hammocks in the garden in the rear, and a nice shared kitchen, plus several tables to eat or work at. It is very hot in Campeche, so the fans, pool, and mini-split AC units (in the sleeping areas) were very welcome. It was nice to have a kitchen and fridge to prepare some meals and snacks. Each of the rooms locks on its own, and we felt that all of our fellow guests were friendly and courteous.
