Communication with him was excellent and the apartment was full of character. It was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and with a lovely garden area complete with hammock. We were a group of three retired women traveling together. We had a room with two bunk beds and a private bathroom. The house has 5 or 6 rooms, with various bed arrangements, including a couple with the bathroom nearby. It has a roof deck, plunge pool, hammocks in the garden in the rear, and a nice shared kitchen, plus several tables to eat or work at. It is very hot in Campeche, so the fans, pool, and mini-split AC units (in the sleeping areas) were very welcome. It was nice to have a kitchen and fridge to prepare some meals and snacks. Each of the rooms locks on its own, and we felt that all of our fellow guests were friendly and courteous.
