AnamneZia Luxury Suites has sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Kos Town, 6.7 km from Paleo Pili. With pool views, this accommodation offers a patio and a swimming pool. Gorgeous new build among ruins and nature with a fabulous view to the sea. Comfortable bed (finally), good WiFi, Netflix option on TV, spacious, hosts amenable to change to ground floor (to save our knees). Access road well sign marked. Quiet.

Boasting mountain views, Villa Rosa - Luxury Villas with Panoramic Views offers accommodation with balcony, around 5.5 km from Paleo Pili. The villa was definitely luxurious, very well-equipped, and spotless. A lovely touch was the heating of the pool, which featured jacuzzi-styled jets. Bearing in mind we travelled in October, the poolside of the villa receives no sun. However, there is a charming patio which was perfectly suitable for sunbathing, we loved going into the pool to cool off! Our host had thought of everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is in an idyllic spot in the Kos mountainside with stunning views and walkable to the charming town of Zia.

Ta Spitakia is located 3 km from Kos Town. It offers self-catering accommodation with garden views and free WiFi access. The houses will provide you with air conditioning and a patio. This was our second visit to this property and it was as amazing as the first time. It is in a very quiet area in lovely grounds, the houses are great with everything you would need and spotlessly clean all the time thanks to Netzmin. The lady that runs the booking is always available for anything you need on whatsapp and nothing is too much trouble. The houses are close to Kos Town but you would need a car or taxi to get there as a bit far to walk. I cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely want to return.

Situated in Kámpos, 70 metres from Kamari Beach and 600 metres from Paralia Kefalos Beach, Anemomylos House offers a private beach area and air conditioning. It was fantastic at Anemomylos House. It is all totally new in an old stone house. The house has sea view from the kitchen/living room and in the back there is a garden side, where also the family lives. The whole family is very nice. We were invited to a private sightseeing-toor by Spiro, what was really great! And there were a lot of presents for us: vegetables, fruits from their own garden, a bottle of vine … and even a fresh caught fish! 🤩

Thalassa Beach House is set in Kefalos, less than 1 km from Paralia Kefalos Beach, 3 km from Agios Stefanos Beach, and 17 km from Mill of Antimachia. Fantastic beachside location in Kamari near the restaurants but also very private and secluded

Magnificent apartment, beautifully decorated and comfortable, a stone's throw from the port and all the hustle and bustle of Kos town. And, above all, Eirini was incredibly kind to the whole family, with lots of lovely touches. An absolute recommendation!
