Villa Dåphne of over 420 m2 (cap. up to 8 pax. +1 child.), with captivating views of the Aegean Sea, the city and the mountains, features a private infinity pool, a private Hot Tub / Jacuzzi, a hammock, private terraces, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 large flat screen Smart LED HD TVs, a very large kitchen with a dining area incl., 3 very spacious living rooms, an exclusive dining area, a private gym, an outdoor BBQ area with firewood oven and dining table, a private orchard garden with season fruit and a private mini football pitch. Among the beautifully manicured gardens, the exotic trees and flowers, the herb garden bursting with aromas, the rejuvenating sunflower and aloe vera gardens fill in the perfect picture, creating positive energy and relaxing vibes..

The Phillyrėa Luxury Villas, Dåphne and Olėa, are situated in the quiet neighbourhood of Ampavris in the countryside, on the outskirts of Kos Town. The distance from the city centre (1,2 km) is just a 3’drive by car, 15’ on foot or a 5’ bike ride! Nature lovers will love the location as it is in the country side with many local bushes and trees making morning or late afterrnoon walks so refreshing.P Interesting places to visit within wakling distance are, the Panagia Tsoukalaria woods, Platani, Ag. Nektarios Monestry , Kos Town city centre.
