This pet-friendly inn offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking. Outstanding staff, Ben and Catherine and the lovely blonde girl on her way to Uni.....Olivia? Amazing customer service. The food was GREAT, thanks to Ben and the other chef whose name we have unfortunately forgotten!! Seriously lovely food, beautifully cooked fish, inventive vegetarian options, and gorgeous breakfast. Just great all around and wonderful, friendly and kind staff. They even noticed my newfound love for the Scotch Egg and bought me one for the flight out. Comfortable bed with great pillows and linens, fluffy robes and towels, and a Dyson air-cooling fan. All details thoughtful and of quality fabrics. Maybe something more than Nescafe packet coffee? But otherwise a real treat, and cannot say enough about the staff. Loved the fact that lighting was wall sconces, not overheads!!

A recently renovated apartment set in Aldermaston, The Pheasantry - guest house in beautiful rural location features a garden. Featuring bicycle parking, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Beautiful setting! Attention to detail with everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and accommodating with our late arrival. It was an exceptionally hot evening. The owner immediately brought us extra fans and invited us to use their pool.

This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. The guest house has family rooms. The meet & greet the professional approach to good customer service. Paul ferried us to a local Pub/Restaurant that was excellent value for money(Leslie had pre-booked us) It was a Godsend. We had to departure early than expected due to forecasted storm warning 17th February, Paul gave us the correct information to get to East Midlands airport. Overall a great example of good customer care

Very comfortable and lovely stay. Lovely staff. Room was very clean and the bathroom exceptional. Free toiletries and drinks provided. Room came with kettle and microwave.

The Windsor Trooper is one of the most popular pubs in town, you’ll be presented with a warm welcome before sitting down to have a drink in the pub or wonderful sun trap garden. The bar stocks a fabulous selection of ales, traditional cider, a wide choice of Belgian beers, a fine wine selection and a large batch of gins, there is literally something for everyone. The Trooper also hosts live music every Thursday as well as a quiz night on the last Wednesday of each month. You’ll be hard-pushed to find a better atmosphere in Windsor. This room above a pub, was exceptional, it really exceeded all our expectations as a family. We booked 2 twin rooms as we were travelling, Grandmother, Mother and 2 teenagers. The rooms were bigger than expected, we had our own entrance, ensuite shower room. We really enjoyed our stay for 1 night but, could have stayed longer, it was so comfortable. Local restaurants were within walking distance.

The renovations have put the pride back into this historic inn, whilst retaining or enhancing its features Great breakfast. We also had dinner for 8 in the restaurant which was pretty good with good service
