Check-in was simple and easy. The host was very well prepared and accommodating. The tent was very well equipped with all the necessary amenities and comforts needed. It was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed looking out to giraffes and springbok up close to our tent, which is a very special treat. Thank you to the host for this special gem.

The experienced guides took us on unforgettable journeys through the African wilderness, where we encountered magnificent wildlife up close. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their attention to detail and personalized service made us feel truly special. The dining experience was exceptional. The culinary team prepared mouthwatering meals that showcased both local flavors and international cuisine. Each meal was a delightful fusion of taste and presentation, leaving us truly impressed.

Great location in the Manyleti reserve which was really good for game viewings with well organized morning and evening safari drives. We really enjoyed the safari, saw the big 5 and lot of other wildlife in our two days at the lodge. Knowledgeable guides who seemed to love their job. Food was very good. Excellent staff. The tents are comfortable and spread out nicely. There is no fence around the camp, meaning that we had impalas, hyenas and one morning two lions just a few meters from our tent. One day when we had lunch, an elephant came right up to the pool.

Situated in Manyeleti Game Reserve, Buffelshoek Tented Camp offers a garden and barbecue. Sabi Sand Game Reserve is 34 km away. Free private parking is available on site. Characterful place. No fences, the wild animals roam the grounds at night. Safe, nevertheless. We will not forget Lynn and Dudley, nor Backsin, the ranger for the game drives. Lynn and Dudley are extraordinary people driven by love for their country, nature, animals, people and their guests, not for money or business. Only two nights, but in our memories much longer, and unforgettable.

I am only sorry that our travel schedule did not allow us to stay longer in this wonderful place
