Apartments have a balcony, fan and living room with satellite TV and a sofa bed. There is a kitchen with a fridge, kettle, coffee maker and kitchenware. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer. The upgraded appartment was excellent. The reception staff when they realised a mistake had been made with our booking handled the situation in a very apologetic, polite and professional manner. Despite our initial disappointment their efforts were very welcome and appricated by us. They are a credit to their workplace.

The elegant rooms at the Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur have a balcony and sea views. They include an interactive flat-screen TV, and a separate hydromassage shower and bath. The check-in was amazing, they gave us some champagne for a welcome and the whole check-in was smooth. The rooms are amazing, spacious, the bathroom the bed.. and the bed is the most comfortable bed i have slept in (pillows are very soft and comfortable)! The decorations outside, inside really such a beautiful hotel.

Hotel Botanico y Oriental Spa Garden offers 3 outdoor pools and luxurious accommodation set in attractive gardens, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Mount Teide. Free unlimited spa access is included for all guests over 16 years old. This is a 5 star hotel in every aspect. They deserve a long and excellent review so here goes..... They arranged, at our cost, a comfortable car for transport from TFS so the 45 minutes or so to the hotel flew by. Then they upgraded us on arrival to a penthouse room which had a deck and overlooked the pool. Absolutely lovely. They smartly include three sizes of bed pillow for each guest and made the twin beds into one king size one for my husband and myself. Our floor maid team headed by Jennifer was excellent every single day - you can put a card if you want to keep the sheets you have for water saving. There are 5 floors to the hotel and the restaurants and amenities (including a billiard table and a pool table and fabulous library of lending books of all languages on the 3rd floor) ping pong in the garden, and three different pools which I loved for different times - smallish spa pool quite warm, outside spa pool very pleasant w not shivers on getting in and then the main pool which is beside the outside dining for lunch which is beautiful but much cooler and was mainly unused by people sunning in very comfortable loungers. I have never in all my travels had such comfortable leather pads on both the pool loungers and the ones on our deck room. Tatjana for massage! The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and very courteous about making omelets and peoples perfectly times morning eggs. I am particular about my coffee so requested americano vs the carafe of less strong coffee they automatically offer. I never had anyone get peaked about that request. Really, top to bottom the employees were always courteous, patient and quick with filling requests. Rahul is the manager at our favorite restaurant La Parrilla which is the best of the three restaurants on site in my view. He will also make plain grilled fish and steamed vegetables on request which is nice to have on a long stay, has an excellent cheese board for desert and is also a sommelier.

Offering city views, Niko Rooms is an accommodation set in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 2.4 km from Caleta de Negros Beach and 700 metres from Tenerife Espacio de las Artes. There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation offers a lift, a shared kitchen and luggage storage for guests. Marta, our host, went above and beyond to take care of us. When our car accidentally got towed over the night, she drove us to the impound and we were able to retrieve our car within the hour of finding that it was towed and still made it to our morning flight. The rooms have so much character and having breakfast waiting for us in the communal kitchen made it feel like a little secet in Tenerife.

Shiny new apartment, close to the city centre in beautiful La Orotava, with great views towards Teide and the valley, and all mod cons. It also had one of the best beds we’ve ever had in a rental.

Marina Beach, a property with a terrace, is located in Puerto de la Cruz, 1.1 km from Playa Martianez, 200 metres from Plaza Charco, as well as 600 metres from Taoro Park. It is situated 400 metres from San Telmo Beach and features a lift. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Playa del Muelle is 80 metres away. Take your milk with you - coffee latte is excellent. Very nice beach is near hotel. Balcony is nice.
