We ate breakfast there every day and it was fine with a good selection. The view out on the sea from the eating area is inspiring. The best thing about this hotel, along with the kind staff, was the large heated swimming pool and the outdoor area. The kids loved the minigolf. Loro Parque is just a five minute stroll from the hotel and was a fantastic whole day experience for the entire family.

The rooms are very nice and just as the photos describe. They were 'unlucky' as theirs was quite far away from the reception so they had to walk quite a bit to reach it. It was good that both suites were next to each other and they had a pool to themselves right outside the rooms. The hotel was very calm and the guests were all very well behaved which sometimes is not what you find on the islands. The views were really nice too.

Two of our group are gluten-free/coeliac and Diego and Nelson were both wonderful in making sure we were able to get safe food in the evening. We had two my favourite club apartments for a family of 5 and the rooms were both spacious and relatively well equipped (if a little in need of a refresh in places). My kids enjoyed some of the activities in the kids club, in the gym (extra cost for machines) and in the main and indoor pool (extra cost).GabrielFamily with young children

The kids club and Jose Antonio too were great for our daughter. The food was really good too with various options for everyone.

The toiletries smell amazing, v fresh. The cleaners always did a great job. The food was good quality, themed nights. This hotel feels very calm and friendly. Smaller hotel so feels quieter and happy. The reception staff are very helpful The kids club staff seemed very sweet and not rude or aggressive. Walked to Loro Parque, it's only a 10 min walk. Loved waking up to cock-a-doodle doo. There are chickens roaming around next to the hotel.
