There is big and nice patio, however it is unusable from 14 till 19 due to orientation, sun is burning during this period. House is stand-alone, so you're kind of isolated from neighboring houses. All! We stayed in a 3 places room- very new and modern. The terrace has sea view. The bathroom is very big. It has also a small kitchen where you can prepare a coffee, a sandwich. The host, Maria, is very friendly and she provide all the information you need. There is also a map of Skiathos which was really usefull. The location is Kolios, 15 minutes by tge car from the Port, which we found great. We could use the pool from a 2 minutes slow walking vila for free.
