Villa “Louisa” is a beautiful detached two-storey villa situated in one of the most renowned islands of Greece, Skiathos, belong to Sporades archipelago, which is favored by Hollywood stars and jet setters. The house boasts spectacular panoramic views of the sea and is built at one of the most prime areas of the island, Kalamaki, 20 metres (2 minutes by foot) above the Tzaneria beach. The guests can enjoy all the benefits of the resort, such as a beach bar-restaurant,diving center,water sports. However, the house offers absolute privacy to its guests. The ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen, a living room and a WC. The first floor comprises of a master bedroom with its own full en-suite bathroom. The house is fully equipped with kitchen appliances and an LCD television with normal TV service at the living room. Additional features include a grand private parking space for two automobiles and a large, well-appointed furnished verandah with vast garden and sea views. Villa “ Louisa “ it can accommodate up to five people.
The villa is built right above the Janeria beach 20 metres (2 minutes by foot) far away. Only a few steps away from the house, guests can find a restaurants, a cafeteria and a tennis court , diving center. Guests can enjoy many watersports. There is also a market in very close proximity (40 meters) to the house. Finally, many restaurants can be found close to the villa. There is a bus stop three minutes on foot away from the villa where guests can take the bus to get to the town and anywhere else on the island. In addition, there are sea taxis available. Guests can also rent a car to move around as well as call a taxi service.
