Serene was the perfect place for us to tour Hoi An and chill. As soon as we arrived for three nights stay, we booked for an extra three nights. We loved the comfortable room, the pool, the food (great breakfast buffet) and the staff (shout out to Rosie who took great care of us). The location is a little out of town towards the beach. We rented a motorbike at the hotel and it was super easy.

Amazing quaint hotel to stay in, the pool is beautiful and there is a walkway to the lake to enjoy sunrise and just relax, the owner and staff are super friendly and ensure all your needs are fullfiled. The greenery and flowers are so well arranged feels truly like a oasis, I had a great time here thanks to the hospitality of Lien. Would come again with my family for sure.

The staff was very friendly, especially Luyen, Vinh and Nguyet! They have booked tours for us, welcomed us very kindly every day again and were always in for a nice chat with us or the kids.

Peaceful river location, really friendly staff. Halfway between the old town and the beach, but really quiet. We had an upstairs outdoor terrace, which was lovely.

Excellent recommendations within the area, nice homely feel. Rooms are clean and air con was great. Balcony was lovely with a gorgeous outdoor pool. Bicycles (free of charge) to use were great, exploring the area by bike really enhanced our trip. Location was nice to be between old town and beach, nice quiet area.
