I spent only 2 nights but really enjoyed Hoi An thanks to kind staff. They arranged transportation, tour etc. then took care of every small concern. The hotel, good variety of breakfast, walking distance to old town but not noisy at night.

This place had to be the absolute number one place during my stay in Vietnam. The views were great, the staff went far far far beyond expectation, the room was amazing, the tub was beautiful, the breakfast amazing, one of the best spa experiences we received as well. This place literally has it all. It was my girlfriend's birthday and I chose this place because of its fantastic reviews and it didn't disappoint. My partner went to the spa and said it was "life-changing." They allowed us to check in a little early, I prepared a birthday surprise for her and the staff knew, gave her all special treatment in the spa and even got us a beautiful cake just for her. No extra cost, they just went the extra mile. Any request was fulfilled beyond what was required and always asked if there was anything else, and to never hesitate to talk with them. The room was beautiful, but the shining beauty was definitely the bath tub. It was gorgeous and was a perfect way to end a birthday with relaxation. I cannot express how grateful and astonished by how wonderful Cozy Savvy was. When I return to Hoi An, I will not even look for another place to stay.

Laluna Hoi An Riverside Hotel & Spa features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and garden in Hoi An. Featuring room service, this property also has a restaurant and a terrace. Very comfortable stay and good location, it was close to the Hoi An night markets and just a short 10min walk to the main city area. The hotel manager, Nam, was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Decoration are inspired by local architecture & designs. Love the artworks on each hotel floors. Friendly and helpful staffs. Always welcome you with a smile and ask if you need any assistant. Team Allegro Hoi An, keep up with your excellent services and facilities. Will definitely be back!

Nostalgia Hotel and Spa er staðsett í aðeins 900 metra fjarlægð frá yfirbyggðu, japönsku brúnni Chùa cầu í Hoi An og býður upp á hressandi útisundlaug og heilsulind. Everything was perfect. Kevin and My were extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast was warm with a lot of options and the location was perfect, a short walk to the center and an even shorter bicycle ride. They also gave us free bicycles that were great and very useful for exploring the area around the city. If you are looking for a calm and peaceful oasis near the center this is definitely a must for you!

Hoi An Golden Holiday Hotel & Spa offers affordable rooms with flat-screen TVs, a 5-minute drive An Bang Beach and Hoi An’s city centre. Wi-Fi and parking are free of charge. Great facilities. Very nice room with balcony. Great staff. Great breakfast. Great pool. Location is great if you want to visit Hoi An and sometimes go to the beach. The hotel lends bikes for free

I stayed for a month here, I got the room facing the back of the building, it had a nice view and it was relative quiet, the location of the hotel is excellent and the staff is very nice and helpful and the room was always clean

We loved everything about this hotel: - genuinely nice and well trained staff. Everyone speaks good English here. We didn't feel like they were trying to sell us anything, or to convince us to book that tour or the other. The wonderful ladies at the reception are smart, I liked them a lot and trusted their advices. - spotlessly clean - this is very important to me when I travel. Room was cleaned every day, towels changed. - beautiful view from our window. - nice interior design, you can tell they paid attention to details - big pool - you can rent bikes for free - very good value for money Thank you for everything! I cannot recommend it enough!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is perfect and the room was beautiful and very comfortable. Vy & Vinh and all the staff were so kind and helpful to us.
