There were many guests as well but each one of them gave individualized service and made sure that we all felt safe and welcome.

We are a family of 3 living in a family room, which technically is two rooms merged into one so room is massive. Like massive with two bathrooms with dry kitchen provided (like microwave and plates) convenient for us as we go on tour all day and just ordered Grab deliveries. And warm them up.

Ubytovanie The Empress Premier Chiang Mai - SHA Extra Plus sa nachádza v destinácii Chiang Mai 19 min. This was one of the, if not the best hotels I've ever stayed in. And I've stayed in a lot of places mostly for business trips. The service level was just so good and the hotel was beautiful. We got an upgrade and had an amazing view. Everything in the room was perfect. They even had some vegan options for breakfast and mentioned it to the chefs when we got there - nothing fancy but it was nice to have a decent breakfast to start the day. Everything ran really smoothly during our stay and we also got a free shuttle back to the airport. The pool was also nice and the fitness center was the best hotel fitness center I've experienced with good machines and it was clean and inviting.

We liked the place with the green garden. The room was clean and comfy, we had a really nice sleep and rest, we liked the bed and the pillows, we had so much energy in the morning. The breakfast was big and very tasty: we had croissant with omelette, yogurt and sticky rice with mango, toasts and drink. We will defined stay again if we come back to Chiangmai.
