This luxurious property has a privileged location, in Lisbon's historic centre and overlooking the Tagus River. Staff went out of their way to assist and have genuine love for their job and their guests. The Hotel had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Quality of food was exceptional

( the hotel upgraded our booking, we received a room for 6 people, though there were only two of us.) Very comfortable beds. Complimentary wine in the room.

Staff were all friendly, cheerful, and helpful, both the day and night teams. The taxi service they used also turned out to be the cheapest and the best amongst the various ones we used going to and from the airport. Roon we had looked onto the square so it was great. We could hear the trams and the buskers but that did not bother us. Afterall we wanted to be in the activity area.
