You will absolutely love this hotel of you are tech savvy. I can see why some comments are negative because they are not. Excellent location, efficient check in/out process, very friendly staff who are always super helpful. They can hold on to your luggage before ur check in or after checking out. Room was very clean and enjoyable. . Things they use are of high quality and you don't feel it's cheap in any ways. The room was very quiet even tho we were beside the elevator, and the trains were literally running frequently beside the hotel. My husband and I loved our stay and definitely will stay there again.

Great location, close to several subways so easy to get anywhere, loved the Don Quixote underneath the hotel for everything you would ever need. Loved heading over to the Tokyo Dome at the end of the day for many food options and a lovely outdoor area, with some fun rides to go on. Great location for families (we booked two double rooms) as also super quiet and comfortable to put your feet up after a busy day walking.

Breakfast was just pastries, but they kept it well stocked. Staff was exceptional and bent over backward to please. The location was very near a transportation hub. Two convenience stores nearby. They had laundry on site which was really good for the long stay we did. Would definitely stay again.
