Located in center, metro and a convenient store right outside. Traveled as a solo female and never once felt unsafe or uncomfortable, despite the rumors about the district!

The location of the hotel is great, it’s close to the subway station, bus stop and you can hail a taxi from the entrance of the hotel. The rooms are always cleaned and the beds are comfortable. Grand Hyatt Tokyo is an award-winning luxury hotel centrally located in Roppongi Hills, a multi-use complex housing shops, restaurants, a cinema, art museum and observatory. Perfect location. Premium quality of Hyatt service and rooms. My daughter got sick after having apple juice in the morning. The manager went out of his way to visit a nearby drugstore and spoke with the clerk to find the proper medication for my daughter. I was so thankful for his sincerity and willingness to help.
