The room was really comfortable - Good location, close to a station with two subway lines, not far from the Imperial Palace and Nijo Castle - Lobby had coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks for free available all day, paid alcohol options. You could just hang out there if you wanted to and play the board games laying around

Great appt. For a family and nice location with nice shops restaurants and boutiques on the way. We enjoyed the place and the hotel team.

Situated conveniently in the Nakagyo Ward district of Kyoto, Homm Stay Nagi Sanjo Kyoto By Banyan Group is set 1.2 km from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall, 1.5 km from Nijo Castle and 2.1 km from... Amazing room, incredibly spacious for Japanese standards. Included coffee machine was very appreciated to sit down in the couch and relax after an intense day of tourism in Kyoto. Staff are incredible and make you feel right at home from the start. The hotel lounge is elegantly decorated and enhances the check-in and check-out experience. Location is very good (although depending on your interests in Kyoto, may not be the absolute best). Great coffee places and restaurants to be found in the neighborhood (or even right outside the hotel!). Would definitely stay here again, some day.

Attractively located in the centre of Kyoto, HOTEL SHIKISAI KYOTO features free WiFi throughout the property and a shared lounge. This 4-star hotel offers luggage storage space. The hotel Shikisai was simply extraordinary. Our suite was very spacious, with a large bedroom, an equally large bathroom and a lovely lounge. The decoration was refined and all the amenities were there to make our stay enjoyable. A truly luxurious experience, in a fantastic area of Kyoto where we found plenty of good restaurants. We would definitely be back if we return to Kyoto in the near future.

Open from November 2018, located in Kyoto and 500 metres from Kyoto International Manga Museum, MIMARU Kyoto Shinmachi Sanjo has rooms with free WiFi access. This hotel is exceptional. I went to a few other hotels before this one and my kids loved it. Very spacious, comfortable and it has all the amenities you might need. If you're traveling with a family of 4, do yourself a favor and book this hotel.
