Amazing fresh and new hotel with kind, Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were big, lots of space and comfort. Great location, close to the main touristic attractions. The property was a big surprise.

The room was clean and we had a great view of the city from our balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous rooftop breakfast -- the view was breathtaking and the buffet was delicious. Room was spacious, clean, beds were comfortable, cute balcony to take photos on, noise was not an issue at all, bathroom was good.

Hotel Porta Felice is in central Palermo, near the Botanical Gardens, and the seaside promenade. A rich breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace. Rooms and suites have an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi. A wee gem of a hotel, just away from the Palermo crowds. The staff are just so friendly and the breakfast is to die for. Morning coffee here is an emotional experience. The rooms are understated elegance. Would stay again in a heart beat.
