Excellent and helpful staff. Ignazio , the Direttore, was very knowledgeable and patient. Helped with directions, taxis, suggestions and allowed us to have a late check out for an evening ferry. His directions were very detailed and accurate. His assistant, Magdelina, was equally helpful. The hotel is spotless, wonderful breakfast and fenced secure parking on site. Excellent restaurants right next door.Overall lovely lovely stay.

We really enjoyed this stay. The apartment was spacious, 2 bathes was a bonus. The location was ideal for walking around Palermo. Nice neighborhood and accommodations.
