Khách sạn 4 sao trang nhã này có sân thượng nhìn ra nhà thờ Basilica of Santa Maria Novella. Property is central and walking distance to everything. The staff were amazing. Room was so large and comfortable. In the Square there was a busker singing … opening the window, it was like our own serenade … if you didn’t want to hear it, the windows closed blocked everything out - we loved hearing the music though. The hotel is just beautiful! Laundromat just around corner too. Breakfast was amazing (best bacon so far!)

C-Hotels Joy offers accommodation in the heart of Florence, 150 metres from Firenze Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free WiFi is featured throughout. I only stayed one night, for work. When I travel for work I like to stay somewhere that feels like home. The room was cozy, beautiful, warm, cosy. Lots of freebies including a packet of pasta and a handwritten welcome message. Wow! Really a lot of customer care, friendly staff, very comfortable bed. I will definitely be back. PS: the bar room with the library is lovely.
