Amazing Location, staff very so friendly and helpful it was just incredible. I can't believe that this is 1 star hotel. It definitely is way beyond that! Also great mattress compared to other places I've been. Slept like a baby.

Clean: It was the cleanest hotel during our trip. Floor, shower, bed... everything was very clean. Comfortable: Bed was really comfortable, we had a nice sleep. Windows are good insulated from the noises of the street.

Set in a 19th century palazzo, The Social Hub Florence (formerly The Student Hotel) has many iconic spaces to meet, collaborate and create. A very nice hotel, 15 minutes from the Duomo on foot. Pleasant and welcoming employees. We were not satisfied with the room because there were renovations on the street, they moved us to another room without problems.
