This elegant 4-star hotel features a rooftop terrace overlooking the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella. It offers a varied hot and cold buffet breakfast and a central location in Florence. Property is central and walking distance to everything. The staff were amazing. Room was so large and comfortable. In the Square there was a busker singing … opening the window, it was like our own serenade … if you didn’t want to hear it, the windows closed blocked everything out - we loved hearing the music though. The hotel is just beautiful! Laundromat just around corner too. Breakfast was amazing (best bacon so far!)

I only stayed one night, for work. When I travel for work I like to stay somewhere that feels like home. The room was cozy, beautiful, warm, cosy. Lots of freebies including a packet of pasta and a handwritten welcome message. Wow! Really a lot of customer care, friendly staff, very comfortable bed. I will definitely be back. PS: the bar room with the library is lovely.
