Amazing Location, staff very so friendly and helpful it was just incredible. I can't believe that this is 1 star hotel. It definitely is way beyond that! Also great mattress compared to other places I've been. Slept like a baby.

Clean: It was the cleanest hotel during our trip. Floor, shower, bed... everything was very clean. Comfortable: Bed was really comfortable, we had a nice sleep. Windows are good insulated from the noises of the street.

The Hotel is situated in the historic centre of town a few steps away from the conference hall, exhibition grounds(Fortezza da Basso) and train station. Good location, nice hotel, the room has everything you need, clean, safely. I really liked it, I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends. The people working at the hotel are nice and helpful.

Pleasant and welcoming employees. We were not satisfied with the room because there were renovations on the street, they moved us to another room without problems.

Hotel Desirèe is located in the centre of Florence, just 100 metres from Santa Maria Novella Station and a 1-minute walk from Palazzo dei Congressi. The hotel is pretty close to the tourist places, and if you arrive by train, it's super close to the train station like 5 min walking. The breakfast pastries were delicious, and the entire crew was nice and attentive. If you enjoy walking, you can reach Michelangelo's museum in 15 minutes.
