Very assistive staff, cozy atmosphere, nice breakfast, and relatively close to the city center. The rooms are very clean (including the bathtub). Capsule coffee machine in our room! Very good value for money.

The bathroom is also very good and comfortable. The wifi connection is good. The staff is very friendly, thanks to the lady for giving me the paper map of Florence. The location is easy to find but if you have luggage, I suggest to take a bus from the station

Hotel Arno Bellariva se nahaja vili iz 19. stoletja ob bregu reke Arno, le 900 m od trga Piazza Michelangelo. Ponuja vrt, teraso in brezplačen brezžični internet v vseh prostorih. Prijatnost osebja je bila vrhunska. prav tako je bila lepa terasa in zadaj parkirno mesto v senci.

Hotel Bologna is located in a quiet street, a 5-minute walk from the River Arno. Rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Bologna Hotel’s rooms have simple decoration. Very good hotel, clean and comfortable. The stuff was very nice, helpful and welcoming. The room was very comfortable! About the location- 7 minutes waking from central area, and located on nice and save street, close to big park and to the river. We really enjoyed from our stay.

A highly recommended place to stay in Florence. Not in town centre, so away from traffic and noise. It is situated in a quiet residential area, on a quiet street, so no noise from outside. In any case the accommodation is to the rear of the building on the ground floor. Excellent and frequent bus service minutes from the flat to reach the town centre and/or railway station in around 15/20 minutes. Everything you need is there. Friendly owner, who met us at the flat for keys and introduction, also left some coffee, tea, biscuits, jam and even Nutella for first breakfast. Some other basic groceries too! Endless opportunities for shopping nearby. We didn't have a car....

Located at only 50 meters from the beginning of the Unesco historical center and at the 3rd floor of an early 19th-century building, with a cargo-lift suitable only for luggages. The property was located close to all areas to visit. We were also close to the public transit for getting to and from the train station. The property was very clean and comfortable.
