Amazing Location, staff very so friendly and helpful it was just incredible. I can't believe that this is 1 star hotel. It definitely is way beyond that! Also great mattress compared to other places I've been. Slept like a baby.

The Market Urban Hotel is ideally located 200 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and 450 metres from the Fortezza Da Basso Exhibition Centre. Florence Cathedral is a 10-minute stroll away. During our Italy trips, we had stayed in a number of 4 stars hotel but none were as attentive as the Urban Market Hotel in Florence. My wife was impressed with their attention to details and excellent service. For example, this was the only hotel which make sure we have the right number of towels / slippers (there were 4 of us and previous hotels we had stayed in never gave us the correct number). The cleanliness of the rooms were also of a high standard, they always make sure the shoes were neatly arranged and they even found my son's earbud covering (despite us searching through the room). It's these little details which set them apart from other hotels. Summary of why we would highly recommend the Urban Market hotel: 1. Spacious and clean rooms - ample space for big luggages, toiletries provided were also of a high quality 2. Wide breakfast spread (cheese, bread, pate, fruits, yogurt, bacon, scrambled eggs, pancake, ham, several types of pantries and cookies etc.) - freshly prepared daily 3. Friendly staff - I would like to commend the front desk and kitchen staff who always served us with a smile and accomodated our requests for water refill, eating our buy-back at the lounge area, allowing us to have early access to the breakfast area when we have to depart early for our day trip etc. Thanks for going the extra mile to make our trip so special, we really appreciated it.

Boasting an ideal location in Florence city centre, Hotel Nella is a 3-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and from the Fortezza da Basso Congress Centre. Amazing staff: Ale was amazing on making us comfortable. She was really helpful when we told her about loud neighbours. Location: Close to train station. Short walk to the center. Clean: It was the cleanest hotel during our trip. Floor, shower, bed... everything was very clean. Comfortable: Bed was really comfortable, we had a nice sleep. Windows are good insulated from the noises of the street.

The Hotel is situated in the historic centre of town a few steps away from the conference hall, exhibition grounds(Fortezza da Basso) and train station. Good location, nice hotel, the room has everything you need, clean, safely. I really liked it, I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends. The people working at the hotel are nice and helpful.

Nastanitev Camplus Guest Firenze Casa per Ferie je v Firencah, 6 min hoje od znamenitosti prireditveni center Fortezza da Basso, in nudi fitnes, zasebno parkirišče, teraso ter bar. Odlična lokacija (v 20 minutah peš do Duoma), raznovrsten zajtrk z odlično kavo. Zelo prijazno osebje. Dobra zvočna izolacija, ki je zelo pomembna, ker se nahaja tik ob železniški progi. Lepa kopalnica, vse precej novo. Nama je bilo všeč tudi to, da sva med mladimi. Zelo dobro razmerje cena/kvaliteta.

Nastanitev Hotel Angelica " Stazione Santa Maria Novella " z dobro lego v okrožju Santa Maria Novella (Firence) je manj kot 1 km od znamenitosti palača Strozzi, 7 min hoje od znamenitosti prireditveni... we liked everything about the place. very friendly staff. the owner Fiaz and front desk staff maria both were extremely nice and helpful. they booked us trips to chianti wine testing and cinque terrie without any hassle. the place is truly 2-3 min walking distance from santa maria novella train station. also very close to historic centre. also the place was very clean. they offer a nice small breakfast. the lift works perfectly! i recommend this place and shall come back again.

Set in a 19th century palazzo, The Social Hub Florence (formerly The Student Hotel) has many iconic spaces to meet, collaborate and create. Great breakfast selection. Always smiling and helpful staff. Location of walking distance to all important monuments and city centre. Really liked the design of the room. Rooftop gym and bar! One of the best stays ever. Hotel Desirèe is located in the centre of Florence, just 100 metres from Santa Maria Novella Station and a 1-minute walk from Palazzo dei Congressi. Very friendly staff. Perfect location for exploring the city. Nice and clean rooms. Nice breakfast. We spent a few nights and would be happy to come back.
